crap, any clue why mine would still be jamming? It seem to have a part of the inside broke off, but it looks a lot like yours.

Does it jam if you jus fill the hopper up with paint, turn it on and let it feed the paint in free-fall? If so, there's something inside that is causing a jam. Take apart the two halves of the hopper and make sure that the raceway halves are properly connected together. Other than that, there really can't be anything that can cause it to jam.

do the balls jsut stop feeding...or does your motor actualy jam up?

if its the motor...you should add some lube to the axle.

or mabe your survo is going bad.
