    Could you use a Dremel to mill aluminum?

    Could you use a Dremel to mill a mag rail with? What other tools could you use?

    i used a file and a dremel to do work on an aluminum drop forward. sandpaper

    i dont recommend, its ugly

        actually, no you cant.........you can only "mill" something on a "milling" machine (that why its called milling)

        you can, however, get some cuting disks and sanding tools for a dremel and start hacking away. ussually the results are not that great though. you dont have enough control on a hand held tools to really do much more than make a mess.
