We Need AGD Customers to be Understanding about Shippments Right Now

    AO,

Several cutomers have been on the phone requesting we ship them stuff by the weekend. They don't seem to understand that if all the planes are grounded that means all the packages are too. Please be understanding if we can't promise to get you your stuff for the tournament this weekend. I guess I could say something about priorities but I woun't.

    Thanks for your understanding,

    AGD

It appears that both Federal Express and UPS have instigated their "ground only" contingency plans. Surprisingly, this sole focus on ground package movement may move packages originally shipped "ground" quicker than usual between key urban centers. Of course, the quicker forms of delivery will be delayed significantly. The planes will be back in the air tomorrow or Friday, so things should be less than three or four days delayed.

Perhaps you (and I) will have to use our spare or a rental this weekend if we play. Worse things could (and obviously have) happened.
