What happens if your X-Mag breach is not with in tolerence?

I was trying to figure out why my x-mag was breaking paint, and actuating the Level X on the first shot on two different valves. Well I finally narrowed it down the breach is to low and to much to the left. I tried using paper as spacers, got it a little better, though not much better

Though I duno if they would do anything, since it was customized and anoed. When I put it down for a while i pull the trigger nothing happens pull it a few times then it does the level 10 crap then I pull it again and it fires. I know mags well, and I am really disliking this whole damn breach concept!

actually it's not the first one...I publicized this problem quite a while ago with my Magma X-Mag..when you screwed in the barrel you had to pull the breech to the left or else Level 10 would keep resetting against a portion of the breech when you fired..

you're having a problem where it wont fire to?
I won't ship first unless you have a lot of good feedback.

Is it not in tollerance because it was annodised? Sodium Hydroxide and other chemicals used to strip aluminum, on top of the annodising process itself can wreak havoc on tight tollerances.

                    That's a re-milled and re-anno'd Euro X body isn't it?

I gotta think your not getting warranty on it.Just a guess though.I guess it depends on how off it is and where.Perhaps internally miiling the breach for clearance or getting a new breach and starting there, unless it's the body that's the main problem.

Its deff a manufactor's defect. The breach, when screwed in, sits to far left and does exactly what Dirty Bunny said. So I should call AGD and talk to John?

yah, i'm having a hard time seeing stripping material and reannoing being capable of actually moving a machined hole to the left a few hundreths of an inch.

I would call Jon and see what they can do for you. I mean even if its not warranty because of the source and its history it would be worth it to fix it.

                            OK,be nice.

It is basically an Xmag,it's just a non C&C euro X body milled and mounted on an Emag frame.

Yeah, wish I had known that was an issue on the Magma. I just have to watch it or it does reset the Level 10 and it won't fire. Which can be a royal pain in the *** honestly. Also if you knock the hopper against something I've got to reset the breech. Bought the mag not knowing the history. My bad. I still play with it though. To DirtyBunnies credit. He did tell me that I had to make sure I held it down when I screwed the barrel in.
