Amazing Maneuvers

I was just wondering about interesting maneuvers people have pulled off. Do you still do them or are they usually flukes? I for one have a habbit of sliding into my bunker on my side with my left leg leading. Anyway, I was sliding into a bunker like usual when I gave it a little too much power and went over the top of the lay down doing a rol over it. I then leaped as far as i could to the next bunker only to land in a prone position 4 ft short of the bunker which I quickly crawled to. It all happened very quickly and strings of paint were flying all around and over me. I've also pulled a couple other ones but I just decided to pick one that stood out.

Well once I was playing on a feild with everything coated with dry weeds and you know how slippery dry weeds are. Well I was shooting and there was one guy that I couldn't get a good shot. So I saw an open bunker to my right and a little foward, the feild was a little sloped. I ran as fast as I could and gave myself cover fire because everybody on my team was occupied. I tried to stop myself but couldn't so I just slid, I slid on my side still giving cover fire so I wouldn't get shot too easily. I slid out the other side of the bunker so I ran up and got behind the bunker. I don't think I got anyone out while spraying but I did tag the guy I was trying to get the good angle on.

Just this Sunday I was at the local indoor field.... I was playing a 3v3.. (Time for one of my classic, boring, never dning story with many tangents and pointless info :) )

Anyway, we realize that we were playing against some less experianced players, so we decided to Rush to the 50... The whistle blew, and immediatley one of our players gets hit, and we seek cover at about the 30.

Now it's a 2 v 3. Me and the other kid take down 2 of their members, so now it's us 2 verse their last guy who is behind a bunker all they way on tehri side of the field, only 15 feet from their starting place.

My teamte is laying some paiunt to keep him down, but seeing as I didn't have much paint left(I started with only 100 ort so rounds cause the game started before I was read) so I just ran up my right tape. My opponnent was all the way on his right tape(my left, duh :) ) So I had to run across about 70% of the field, then hook around.

I came up right behind him and he didn't even see me. I ran like crazy towarss him, and he still didn't see me, he was hunkered down behind his bunker. "SURRENDER! SURRENDER!" I screamed from about 10 feet away.

He really freaked out, because he didn't expect me to be there, and all he could do was scream as he realized I was right behind him... (I never actually bunker in a rec game, especially if it's someone unexperianced or young. In that case, I just surrender them and scare the bejesus out of them:) )

my buddy and i were holding down a guy on the right tape when i told my fried to go bunker him. so i lay a little paint and he goes. Usually you run up the side, shoot twice and get down, oh no. my friend runs up full speed, jumps clear over the bunker, over the player, lands, slides, spins and shoots the guy out. i was so shocked i got tagged from the opposite side.

I was in a 3 on 3 game and as soon as the game started I ran all the way down the right tape. I went all the way to the end of the field, and just shot the other team in the back, then ran, got the flag and hung it. The whole maneuver took 17 seconds. It was in a tourny too. It was fun. I almost did it again later, I got 2 of the guys, and would have gotten the third, but my teammate shot me in the back.

I tried that in a 3v3 tourney too, except i didn't make it

My most amazing maneuver is not getting hit after, on my first EVER start of a tournament. The judge shouts GOGOGO and I don't slow down enough for my bunker, and it's wet out, and I completely knock over the 6 or so tubes that were stcked on eachother, leaving me WIDE open for all to see. Amazingly, I reached the next bunker closest, and had no paint on me! :)

I don't have may tales of extreme luck. One sticks out tho. After crawling up a long semi steep hill trying to be a 1337 sn1p3r I came over the crest and was greeted by about 50 people trying to do the exact same thing I was (scenario game). I jumped backwards down the hill, sliding halfway then doing backwards somersaults the rest of the way, I didn't plan any of this it just happened that way. I ended up behind a fallen down log just big enough to cover me when I was laying flat. Amazingly a ref saw me do this and not get hit at all. Of course as soon as I stuck up my gun to fire I got peppered with paint :)

I'm 6'5", about 230lbs., and not that fast a runner. But I accidentally managed to run a tapeline in a rec game when I went too far at the start and realized I didn't have jack for cover. Ended up behind a a 2' diameter spool at an odd angle with only my old 68 Magnum pump and my marksmanship to keep me alive. I stayed in for 5 minutes, zapped three players before a buddy of mine (on the other team) came after me with his Defiant and we mutualled each other. I'm still not sure how I made it all the way.

on a not so dry morning i under estimated the slipriness of the grass and slid about 5 ft outta bounds into the the paintball net around the feild

then one time i for got to twist the barrel to lock and when i was running it fell out. that wasted a lot of paint... then i got called out because i set my gun down at the bunker and ran with out it to grab my barrel....

odd things always happen to me on the field... but nothin ever funny has happened worth laughing besides the barrel
