4500 psi tanks Is it smart to buy one?

I was planning on buying a new Crossfire 4500 psi, 68ci compressed air tank but im not sure if its a smart buy. Should I buy an adjustable instead or do I really need one with a mag? Can someone help to clear this up for me?

You really don't need an adjustable tank with a mag unless you plan on getting a retro-valve for it. And even then you don't NEED one.

You don't really need an ajustable tank for the mag, but it doesn't hurt anything, exept your wallet.
As for a 4500 tank being a smart buy, that depends on several factors, a few would be...
Does your feild offer 4500 fills at all?
Do you play at a feild more, where fills are redially availible, and you won't use more then 3000 in a game, or do you play on a private feild, where fills are not redially availible?

Well i guess you need the full story to be able to help me. Get ready cause this is a long story.
I play at my local field right now and they currently dont have a nitro fill station, but while I am waiting I am saving up for a compressed air tank. It is only a matter of weeks before they get one. They will only be getting a 3000 psi fill station but they are selling 4500 psi tanks(very odd huh). There choices right now for tanks are only a 32 degrees 47ci, or a 68 or 88ci 4500 crossfire. Now usually at this point you would say to buy a tank online for a better price. Except that I just happen to work at the field. So I get discounts on tanks and if I were to buy a tank online my boss wouldnt be to happy.
OK, we're getting there, and you must be wondering why I want a 4500psi tank if they are only going to fill 3000.
It also happens that I am moving to an area where there is an idoor field which fills 4500psi. I will be traveling back and forth to the field (while my parents check out the construction on the new house i'll play paintball), and there I can get my tank filled at 4500psi.
I hope that this info will help you to answer my question better.

I would recommend either of the 4500psi tanks. It will work at both places, and I consider the 47cui tank to be very small, good for 500-600 shots at most.

Well, if you have the money, and can get a good price on the 4500, go for it. I get all day fills, so i can just fill up my 3000 as often as I have to. Although, a 4500 would be nice, for when i'm not at the field.
