    Purpose of intellifeed connection?

What does having a intellifeed connection hooked to your warp or revy actual help prevent or do? Does it save battery power, and not rely on the electronic eye to start the loading. What would this benifit? Just a more consistant feed? Does it increase the feed rate a little or what? It seems like a sweet thing to do to your revy and warp, but i don't want to screw something up. Also does the warp already have a wire socket to hook a wire to the intelliframes.

You might find this one interesting: http://www.automags.org/forums/showt...&threadid=8983

And you might find more answers on a search in the technical section. Lots of stuff there.

Good to know that somone of Tom's status seeks "relief" from a sport he helped create. A sport now ruled by a single patent.

I've got the Turbo Rev in my Revvy so i don't need the intellifeed connection..but i'm still gonna get the intelliframe anyways because the frame on my CF Mini is such a piece of cheese...
