Questions for Rt Pro owners! Intelliframe Vs. Stock Rt Pro frame?

I want to get the intelliframe either to grooved trigger or the blade, but I want to know if it lightens the trigger any. I can shoot my stock fram pretty fast, but will the new one increase my ROF that much? I just wanted to hear some people that have the rt pro with a intelliframe give me som info. Also if you have picks of your gun and fram post them too!
