          That barrel looks similar to a lapco, but the holes in lapco are smaller. i have seen those around (i think back in 95 can't remember). also, use a 10 round tube (or cigar capsule) and purchase some really cheap scope mounts with the proper diameter ( i think 7/16'') and wallah.

            Wow, haven't seen one of those in a while.. you may have to shop around, it's called a side car squeegie holder. The store I used to go to in San Jose had one, but I'm at school in San Diego now.

            edit: I don't htink you should try using scope rings, unless you can get them really really cheap.. most rings are probably more than the complete side car.
