Wierd Z-grip Q

Ok here it goes. Im buying a Z-grip from a guy.

He says:
You looking for a Z-Grip. I have one that was mounted once. Original packaging.

So I ask him, is it for the Auto/Mini Mag

and he says:
Yes sir. Fits both the RT and the Mag. Has the spacer
This Z-grip fits the RT and the Mini-Auto mag. This is the latest batchfrom AGD. The factory spacer that comes with it is used if on an Auto-Minimag.


My Q is...is this correct? Can the RT Z-grip fit on the mini mag? Or is the Z-grip the same frame but just a differnt spacer?

i bought a z-grip from magc68...the box said RT...but it came with a lil spacer that you put in the frame and it makes the rear hole (for the field strip bolt) smaller...i guess the RT's is bigger...

anyway, yes, even though it SAYS rt, if it has that spacer, it will fit an auto/minimag

Yes, he is correct. The RT Z-Grip will fit on all Mags with the spacer. The Automag Z-Grip will only fit on Auto/MiniMags because it has the wings on the sides that fit to the contour of the rail. The RT rail is wide so the top of the RT Z-Grip is flat.
