Thats right!! It was me!! I'm such a friggin tool. I'm cleaning up my room and I find them. So I llook in my tax folder for 2003 and can't find the copy of my 760 VA Tax from. Oops.

Guess what I'm doing right now.

BTW, if anyone lives in VA, can I claim my college tuition on my state taxes as well?

i didnt do my taxes a couple years ago, it got back to me....(shutters after remembering)

i am pretty sure you can claim college tuition in va, but not positive.

i forgot to file mine too, but i talked to someone with the va dept of taxation and she said if you don't owe money, its not that big of a deal. just file them late, they don't really care.

how are you fileing yours (internet, mail)? I need to send mine off, but not sure what the address is.
