I work for a small logistics (trucking) company here in jersey. We only have about 16 trucks and 3 dock workers, including myself. We hired a new driver last week, and the driver scammed us. We had a packed trailer (39 pallets, EXTREMLY big) and the guy was supposed to make his drops around the Atlanta area, making a few stops in Carolina. He disappeared with the truck and the trailer and we can not find him. The owner took a helicopter ride around Georgia looking for it, but didnt find it. We have people down there right now looking for it, it would be great if any AOers spot the truck to contact the Georgia State Police immediatley or PM ASAP
The truck is a Mac truck, all black with a red and gold stripe on it. In gold on the doors it says Gulfstream Logistics, L.L.C. and has a truck number of 264 on the truck and 1264 on the rear of the trailer. We have about 10 guys passing through that area this week, so if you do spot a truck that fits the description, match up the numbers. He is believed to be hiding somewhere around Atlanta, maybe around US 1 somewhere. He could have ran off to the Carolinas and Florida, but thats doubtful.
The truck, trailer, and load is very valuable to us, considering the company is still growing.
