Hey to all our AO friends. Its time for another AWESOME event hosted by SPLATTERZONE PAINTBALL PRODUCTIONS. The event is tomorrow 7/26 in Tiffin, Iowa at TEAM PRODUCTS PAINTBALL. Thats only a three hour drive from Aurora.
We have so much going on at this event its absolutly insane. Heres a short list of what you can expect;

The paintball tank "EPITAPH" is now at the field.
An actual STARGATE is on the field.
PYROTECHNICS al lday long.
12 hours of nonstop play (10am to 10pm)
Nonstop missions so your not sitting around.
Over 3 grand in prizes including a Warp Feed from AGD.
Special STARGATE SG-1 prizes straight from MGM.
A special side raffle for an authentic costume worn on the show in season 4. Comes with 5 pieces along with the letter of authenticity. Tickets are only $5.00 each.
This is a PMI event paint only game. PMI has thrown in a bunch of prizes including a 68/4500 air system, shirts, jerseys, an EVO electronic marker, 6 piece PIPE KIT with the display case, and so much more. And thats just the prizes from PMI. We have so much more.

I will extend our Pre Registration incentive package to all AO members that bring a copy of this with them tomorrow. We know its late notice but you werent doing anything tomorrow anyway. The price for registration is $40.00 per player. Bring 10 or more and its only $30.00 per player.

OOOOH BABY, did you AOers miss out on a good one. The STARGATE SG-1 event was awesome. Im not trying to toot my own horn, but everyone including our staff had a fantastic time.
We had close to 200 players on a 14 acre facility and it ROCKED. The EPITAPHpaintballtank ran all day, awesome raffle for an authentic costume thatwas worn on one of the episodes in season 4 (Won by The G MAN Gerry, the owner of Team Products), and tons of pyrotechnics. (The cops were there quite often)
Well, were planning another event at TeamProducts Paintball in October. Ill keep everyone updated as we gather all the info for our next storyline in Tiffin, Iowa.
We need to see more AOers at our events. We offer huge discounts and player incentives ontop of whatwe offer to our fellow AOers so get out there and play. Tiffin Iowa is literally 2 1/2 hours from the AGD office which is nothing.

We will have a different theme this time in Tiffin, Iowa. We typically dont use the same theme twice at a field unless its part of the storyline. (Terminator, Terminator 2, T3, Etc.)
Were still working on the storyline for this one but im guessing it will have a Halloween trist to it.
If your wanting STARGATE SG-1, just let me know. Its one of our most popular themes and we usually book 3 of them each year in different states. Our 8' STARGATE that we use on the field is awesome.

yeah, please have another sg-1 event, maybe in illinois. i love gate and when i found out that it was over, i cryed. i would love to see the 8' gate, but the real one is 20'. if you decide to have another one in iowa, please give me a month's notice so i can get enough time to get transportation out there. do you have pics from this event?

Our big AIDS Charity Event is coming up at Fox Paintball near Aurora on August 14th. Throw me some ideas for a storyline for next years event at Fox. We may be hosting several events there next year so a 3 part series may work out very well.
I was thinking for next year maybe....

Give me some feedback and ill get the ball rolling. These will be our regular scenario format and not a Charity event so the prices will be much lower. Plus we will throw in deals for players that sign up for all 3 events.

We have just decided to throw in dinner from 5B`s Catering for ouir upcoming AIDS Charity event on August 14th at Fox Paintball for all pre registered players. You wil get 2 BBQ chops, chicken, or a combo with all the sides and a drink. $8.50 value just for signiing up early. Youi were going to play anyway, so let us buy your dinner for you.

i think it would be dial to paintball planet...But YEA i would love to play a STARGATE paintball game i love the show and wish i had a Zat or atleast a P-90. And to see a GATE even a prop has got to be fun!!!

Unfortunatly, no, not at this time. We were extremely rushed to get back to Illinois to host a Young Guns tournament the next day and the field owner still has all the pics.
But, I am just getting ready to release our next STARGATE event. And YES, its right here in Illinois. Does that just rock or what?? No excuses for any Ao`ers not to attend this one. Its going to be in Marion, Illinois on 9/4/04.
We will be setting up a sponsor booth with the STARGATE at our upcomng AIDS Charity Event at Fox Paintball on August 14th. So its there if you want to come check it out.
This will be our last STARGATE event of the year so were going all out. Special features, props, prizes, and another awesome side raffle for some authentic STARGATE items that were used during episodes for the tv series. (Only $5.00 per ticket)

a few problems for me, 1, it is on the complete opposite side of illinois. 2.shatnerball is that weekend and i'm going to that.

OOOOH, it does`nt matter where your at in Illinois, the state isnt that big. We travel all over the U.S. each week so this is a short ride for us.
I wish I could move the date back a little. I knew what was going on that weekend but it was the only opening we had and the field had for this year. I really insisted on a STARGATE theme because its our most popular event. Being huge SG-1 fans ourselves, we always go all out for these games.
Well, if something comes up, your invite to this game still stands. The Shatner games are cool too. We were part of the first one, so thats why we dont go back. Very unorganized and extremely hard to control the game with that many people. Great Charity though and most of the celebs were pretty decent people.(Especially that guy from SPP)
We feel we actually put on a much better show, not to bash anyone intentionally, but the feel and experience of a Shatner event is awesome. Were hoping that the ones who cant afford the Shatner event or dont like being mixed with 2500 people may show up at our event.
hopefully we will see some AO`ers out at our event this time.
