We do offer several auctions on Ebay, this is true. But it is not our intent to "flood" Ebay so that all you see is "Paintball Online" listings. That would be expensive and a waist of time and money. We do however make every effort to provide a place for customers searching for "the ultimate bargain" to buy paintball & paintball related gear from us. All of our auctions do have a reserve on them, but they are only there to insure we make a small profit margin on the listing. The reserves are low and I think you'll find very reasonable. If you ever get a chance to buy from us on Ebay, it is a real treat because the prices are just insanely low!!

Hello Jeff, and may I welcome you to Automags Online!

This is quite a treat when an industry biggie comes here and shares his thoughts and wisdoms with us.

Any chance of setting up a discount program for AO members? Just kidding:)

E-bay seems to be a standard way for companies like PB-Online to get some cheap advertising. More power to em'.

Now that I may have the ear of someone at PB-Online, I'd like to give a suggestion about your shop. Not the site (its great), but the store itself.

The guys that work there are always very friendly, but in my experience, if you don't exactly know what you want, you are not going to get much help. When I go to a PB store, I want to discuss, and get opinions on my intended purchase. I've bought 2 markers from you, and at least $800 in other odds and ends, and without exception I've had to do the research online prior to buying. My feeling is that it is so busy in there all the time, the staff is inclined to get things sold, not make recommendations. I know you are opening a new store, with more floor space, and I hope you are planning on upping the number of sales staff you have, and getting folks that like to sell and recommend cool stuff. The reason I go into a store instead of buying online is to talk with someone, and touch the products. I know I would have spent a lot more money with you if I felt like I was getting the added value of the opinion and experience of your staff.

Take care, and good luck with the new store!

In regards to our new store

I do agree on the crazyness that goes on in our showroom. It is very busy! We will be upgrading our showroom to about 4 times the size so we can showcase more product, & not pack you in like sardines....
You'll see more unique products coming in here as well once we have the warehouse space to pick them up. You'll see more higher end guns, & parts, and a wider variety of accessories.

In our new showroom we will have 2 dedicated sales rep's for you to talk with.
I don't know if you've met Matt or Greg here in our showroom, but they are walking Paintball encyclopedia's and always have impromptu paintball classes. Helping customers understand what is going on with there guns and how they work and what they can do to tweak the performance of them. I think your going to like what will be developing there. If you have any suggestions feel free to drop us a line.

            ebay

I have to for say for me has been a good thing,,,, this past summer I had the chance to talk to TK and explained that this was more of an eBay mag than anything, and I had great luck on there. It also helps when you know your price's on what you are buying, retail to ebay and if it is worth it with the added shipping.
