what do these stamps mean??? when do i have to get it tested? how much does it cost, and how long does it take? Please LMK ASAP...I think i have to test it pretty darned soon, and do i take it to be tested before its due or after??? i should empty it too right?

looks like you are up for testing this month. 11-99 this bottle was manufactured. I have heard it should only cost about 25 buck and it may take a week or so to get it done.

shouldnt it be the year 2002 i get it checked? so then the day is read first, then month then year? i keep getting confused with that.
