i've talk to the a guy from Michigan Tech about his tournaments, and he said there are no prizes and such and i didn't think it was worth it to much to go up there for it. i atleast want the chance to win some of my money back or get a prize that can help pay for what it cost to enter and for paint and such. but thanks for you reply.

            tech

I play for michigan tech, we have 2 tournements a year, we usually have medals and stuff. If you are only in it for the prizes then you shouldn't be playing, if you want some awesome compitition, and a great tournement, then you should try and make it up to tech for our spring 5-man.

How does it work? Is there tryouts or what? The tourney is all students?

                tourny's

we have tryouts for our tournement teams. but mostly locals and students play in our local tournements. right now we are playing on a wooded speedball field, mostly 4*4's stuff like that. but soon we will be adding a hyperball field. check out our website, it will have all the info when the tournements come up.

also check out tcpaintball.com in traverse city, great tournies, mostly 3-man sup-air.

i'm not in it just for the prizes but i don't think i can convince my friends to drive all the way up there for nothing to show, but i know it would be great experience i'm not questioning that.

by the way, your link doesn't work

isn't iron mountain like 1.5 hours from houghton? or am i thinking of ironwood, it don't matter. i think the server is down, the link is correct but i havn't been able to get on the site for awhile either, so just check back later, i'm sure they'll have it fixed soon.

i think it takes 3 hours to get to houghton from where i'm at so that is pretty close.

i figured out your link should bewww.sos.mtu.edu/paintball with a forward slash instead of a backslash
