Do you need a licence to get SCUBA tanks filled if you use them for pball?

i wasnt sure if i should put this in the friendly corner of here.

I am going to buy a nitro tank soon, and want to get a SCUBA tank to fill it with, but im not sure if i will need some sort of licence to get it filled. I live in Daytona Beach, FL, and any help would be appreciated. Thanx.

I just had to sign a waver that said I was using it for paintball, and I wouldn't try to use it for scuba diving and kill myself.

ask around first. the local store here wont let me sign a waiver to get it filled. i must be a registered diver yet another store dosent have me sign anything so it depends on the store. legally i belive u have to have a license no matter what.

I know my local dive shop doesnt require you have a licence to buy or fill a scuba tank for paintball fills, I think its mostly just a matter of wich place you go to. Another option is to rent a full scuba tank for a weekend, I know lots of people do that when it comes to filling their air tanks.
