How do you adjust the velocity on a Rebel?

I played with one of these guns over the weekend and I couldn't figure out where the velocity adjustment was. If anybody can help, then please do so. Thanks.

It should be in the back of the lower tube. Use an allen wrench and turn clockwise to increase the velocity and counter to decrease.

Yeah, isn't there a little Hex Screw in the back of the bottom stacked tube? Man I hate blowbacks, hehe

a rebel, hahahahha. i saw this kid walking around my field a while ago with a rebel "extreme" or whatever souped up name to make it sound good. he was bragging on how good it was and he would be with his new gun. i couldn't help but laugh. i know he's only a kid and didn't know any better, but it just amuses me that companies throw on some shinny chrome'd out parts on a pos and sell it to people that don't know any better.
