Question about online store, "Members price" and "your price"?

What is the deal with this, I am member of automags.org how do I become a member of the online store. It just suprised me that you don't automaticlly become a member. I want to know how to become a member.

The member thing is an option we don't use but keep forgetting to turn off. We are just getting used to this software so expect screw ups.
