    Barrel leak + lawn sprinkler

I just picked up a classic valve mag and using co2. As soon as i gas up the gun it starts a major leak down the barrel. When I pull the trigger, it burps, if I hold it down it gets the lawn sprinkler leak. I replaced the pt o-ring and the whole on/off, but these were from old spares that i'm not 100 percent sure are good. I was just going to return it, but I thought I might be able to make a go of repairing it if it was a cheap/easy fix, since I got the marker with some nice parts for a good price. Any idea what could be causing both of these issues? Thanks!

I dont have any experience with classic valves but if this was a RT valve I would replace the bolt bumper.
Then if not that the bolt o ring behind the brass tip of the valve.
Then I would change all the rest of the rings since you probably dont when they where changed last.
it also could be a spacer ring.
but I would chage the rings first.
    Hoped this helps if any.

Change your teflon o-rings (the small white ones) in your on/off. That should stop the "sprinkler" effect. If you continue to get a barrel leak without the trigger pulled, replace the power tube o-ring with a new one.

Do as rb211 stated. If the leak out the front continues after the powertube oring is replaced, then you need to shorten the powertube spacer.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
