What is the best kind of tip for the Freak barrel?

I am thinking about getting a freak 10" or 12" barrel from pev's and I want to know if there is any real difference in performance between the Teardrop and the AA? (are these the two types of fronts??)

I really liked the teardrop, but heard it could have issues with paint seeping back in from a break. I want to aviod ball breaks-is there a tip that breaks less than another?

Also I heard some people have problems with bolt stick on smart parts barrels-would this be the case with the freak?

Thanks for any help-and Merry Christmas!!!:)

As far as the tip goes I don't think it really matters. I myself like the AA, but just go with what you think looks better because I do not think they will have any difference in performance.
      Famous SEAL quotes:
"Give us your mind, and we will take care of your body"

"We aren't superman, he does things the hard way. Why leap tall buildings in a single bound, when you can blow it up and walk over the rubble"

"Pain is just weakness leaving the body"

"It is not my job to judge our enemies, that is God's job, it is my job to arrange the meeting"

"I will treat you all the same, JUST LIKE CRAP!"

Which ever you think looks the coolest. I have a teardrop and have no problems as a result.

I don't think you can get an AA front under 14" for the freak. The regular freak fronts porting holes start off small and get bigger as they go to the tip. The AA porting holes are all the same size.

I personally prefer my 10" tip when playing speed ball. But I have a 14" tip for rare woods ball ocations.

The new regular AA have removable fronts and accept freak fronts.
