I leak air if i squeeze the trigger too slow

Hey everyone~ I got a 68 automag classic for christmas yesterday and i noticed that when i put my nitroduck 3000psi 68ci air tank into it, and squeezed the trigger really slow, there would be a time when i could hold it in one position and bleed all of the air out of the valve... I know that im never going to be pulling that slow in a game but i just want to know if it is normal for me to be able to do that to the gun. Please help-

Differant size PT spacer should fix that.

Put in a PT spacer one size shorter than what's in the valve right now. Problem solved.

I got the gun used... im thinking about just replacing all the o-rings and everything else that is included in a parts kit. If i was to do that, would the problem with the PT spacer be solved?

replace oring first, then if it still happens go shorter PT spacer

No that wouldn't solve it, you need the next size shorter spacer.

yeah you do need that spacers b/c I just changed all the o-rings out of my mag and was pulling the trigger slowly for some reason and it was leaky, and the parts kit does not have replacements for the powertube spring, but that would be nice

I had the same problem today. Somehow a .215 got in there instead of the normal .220. Now everything works fine. You will love your Mag you just need to be able to read the symtoms.
