That's actually a milled RTP rail. You can't use a Classic rail on an Emag at all, ever. No way no how.

And that IS an AM/MM rail, you can see where the sear pocket cuts through the tapered underside of the rail. The RTP rails don't have those cuts.

LOL, you are only 1/2 right, that is an Automag rail but really "you’re" the man not me. :D

If you look real close you will NOT see any screws holding this together. It was a "set-up" just for the picture of the switch. AND, I wanted to see how many people would catch on that it was an Automag rail, (all for my own amusement. Sorry.) :)

It will be about 2 weeks (probably less) because I will need to order material. It will be a different design because I had some trouble making these, the little buggers were hard to keep in the vice.

Cool, here's what I'll do, the new switch will be $12 each for pre-orders. No refunds unless I cancel the run (which is extremely unlikely). The wait will be very short as usual. :)

Update:
Material is on order. The project running a little behind because of a delay with the material order, but not very long.

Can someone with a set of calipers measure the "height" of the screw head on the emag switch and post here?

The machining is completed and I should be able to get the powder coating done tonight or tomorrow. They should all be in the mail by Monday morning.

I'm very pleased with the finished product. I think these are way nicer than my first ones, but that's just my opinion you guys will have to be the judge. :cool:
