power tube o-ring to big for on/off assembly?

well i ordered a couple of power tube o-rings from drop zone paintball and they came in today. well.. i took my on/off assemble out, removed one of the bigger o-rings and put on the new o-ring. and this thing is too big. i put it around the white hard o-ring and it leaves too much slack. my question is, did i buy the wrong o-ring, or is there someway i can shrink it?

also, when all o-rings are on, except for the one that goes aroudn the small white o-ring on top of the brass on/off top. and valve assemby is on, i get bolt stick. coudl this be because of the missing o-ring or something else?

        you ordered the wrong o-rings.
The power tube o-rings are the ones that go down the tube that your bolt is on.
the easiest way would be to order a new o-ring kit.
