Xvalve rebuilding but cant get the valve apart...

I just baught a gun off a guy and it had a verry tiny leak in the valve somwhere and i was going to take it appart and replace all the o-rings but i cant get the back halve of the valve apart. there are lines on both halves to tell you where to stop screwing it togather i guess well the lines are just a tad past even to the tight side.
I have another xvalve on my other mag and i can tighten it to the same position with no problems and get it appart with my hads.
My question is how is the best way to get this valve appart to work on it? I was also wonderig how the 3 rebuild thing worked with AGD? Where you send it in and they go through it and you can do it 3 time or something. Would it be better if i let them work on it or is there a way to get that thing arpart?

    I'd try these:

I've used mine on stubborn feednecks too.

          It's a strap tool/wrench
          does this work?

If it doesn't, go to Sears.com and search strap or strap wrench

That my friend looks like a perfect tool to do the job thanks...

Now does anyone know about the free rebuilds that ADG does and is it worth me sending it to them if i can do it myself?
            Thanks
