The Infamous AGD Gun Case- Will You Buy It????

    AO,

There have been requests recently about bringing back the famous (well now it's famous) AGD Gun Case. We got it because it made more sense to us to put your whole marker in the case in one piece. The trend went toward taking everything off and putting it in a backpack. I don't know where it's going now but your asking for them. Well here is a pic and I got a price. IF we can pre-sell fifty of them we can sell them for 95 bucks, if our price is still close to the same. Before I jump through hoops how many people will absolutely buy one? I am using this as a test for the Z-Grips, you say 50 and you buy fifty we are going places.

The interior size is 27 x 12 1/2 by 6" deep. They are hard lined with a soft outer canvas shell and will fit a whole warp and rev on the gun as shown.

    You want 'em?

          Hmmm....

Let's see $95 bucks comes out to less than 10% of what I got in my gun, tank, etc. and keeps it from getting banged around. Sounds like a cheap insurance policy to me!

Tom- Maybe you should edit your post that it holds 2 EMags with Warps, Revs, and Tanks attached! This case is a beast!

I'll buy one! Although I'd buy mine in like Febuary or March though. I think they could stand to be a little bit smaller though, I don't need to fit two markers. BUT THOSE ARE GREAT !!

                ENDO!

Sorry, I honestly can't say that I'd go for one of those at 95 bucks.

Hey Tom, are these gonna be the old ones, or new runs?

Personally, I'd want a slimmed down version of that one. Maybe it's just the pictures, but the case looks pretty beefy for most people's setups.
I would want egg foam on all sides of the case, including the 'lid', to keep it all snug inside (and stop from moving around).
Cut it down in length so that you could just fit the marker and a close set tank in there (one instead of two).
Plus maybe some barrel pockets on the 'top' and 'bottom' sides of the emags, inside the case.

On second examination, you can put me down for 10 of those cases... IF they include two fade emags, two warps, and a revvy

                    I'd be interested.
For those of you who think the price is a bit steep:

Compare the price of these to the Planet gear bags at $99.99, or the Extreme Rage gear bags at $159.95 at paintballgear.com.

I would prefer something a little more square that would hold a single mag with tank, warp, and revy. As already mentioned, integrated barrel holders would be great as well.

                        Guys,

We're not going to be designing a new case here. This is going to be a limited run of these cases to see if people really want them like they say they do. Chances are they won't even sell 50 of them so it's a lost cause. If they sell like hotcakes, then I could see there being some changes in design or different versions of the case, but there's no sense in trying to design a new case and then only getting 25 orders for them...

                        Put me down for one.

original from LouisV in the pictures thread:
... The Pelican case comes with 2 layers of "cubed cell" foam, a final bottom layer and a top "egg crate" style foam; therefore 4 layers of protection. The "cubed cell" foam is a series of rectangular shaped "cubes" that are perforated together. It allows you to "pick and pluck" the desired shape of the cutouts. I traced all my equip on paper and cut them out, then tooth picked the paper templates in place and began to "pluck" the little cubes out. I constantly double checked durring the process to avoid mistakes. Once I was done I sprayed 3M glue adhesive in between the 2 layers of "cubed" foam so they wouldn't come apart nor shift in transit.

Yes, I'd love one of those, The only thing I haven't liked about my warp was that my gun wouldn't fit in a bag anymore. But, hey built in stand, right?
