Can I boil the superbolt after I already attached the foamie ?

Will it cause a problem with the foamie that I just glued on if I now boil my superbolt ? Or should I have boiled my superbolt before I attached the foamie ?

Nope, the foamie flies out after a few shots.

if you are going to boil it, just take it off and reglue it when you are done with the boiling process and the bolt has cooled down. If you use the 2 part epoxy it holds on very well. I have had mine on for about 7500 rounds. I don't do alot of dry firing.
