    Are all tournments speedball or hyper ball (what ever that is)?

    Are there no longer "woods" tournments? I haven't kept up with any of this. Just curious.

    There are still tournaments on wooded fields.

    However, last year the NPPL had concept fields at all of its events (it did the year before that, too if you count the Pittsburgh mound fields as concept).

    This year, the International Amateur Open is moving out of the woods and to all concept fields at a new location.

    Mardi Gras Open is all concept fields.

    Skyball is all concept fields.

    Mostly it's in smaller, regional events where you'll see woods tournaments anymore.
