a little question about retrovalves with Eframes

I'm planning on a retrovalve for my next mag. Now I'm a little curious about trying an electro frame(Mako or centerflag) but I've heard that when using it with a retro it wears the seleniod...how much substance is backing that claim? thanks,

i would get one or the other, the only way the retro is helping u is the valve wont get shootdown until 26bps. with the standard valve u can shoot around 11or12bps ,correct me someone if im wrong, without shoot. with the electro frame ur not gonna be shooting more than 13bps give or take 1-2 bps. so basicly what im saying is ur not gonna get shootdown when using the standard valve and the e frame, so there really isnt a point to get retro cuz u wont feel the bounce back with an electro frame. if i were u id get a intellframe or zgrip with a retro valve because personally i dont like the feel of electros but the choice is up to u.

I know that, but there will be days when I want a mech trigger and days when I'll want an electric and I could just swap trigger frames then, but I don't really want to if it will hurt the frame.

        Hyperframe Retro Valved Minimag...

I bought a hyperframe and put it on my mini. It seemed to get a little shootdown, so I put a retro valve on it. It was awesome!!!! Had no problems at all. BTW, once you shoot the crisp light trigger pull of a hyperframe, no way are you gonna go back to the mechanical trigger! I am still trying to figure out how to make my emag trigger feel as good.
