Ok, Ive been threatening to do it and I finally have...... I am making.....an..... Ion 
I know, I know, I feel sooo dirty. No really, I saw the Element V1 frames and really like them. I guess there were only like 75 made, so out of the zillions of Ion's out there, that is pretty rare. Anywho..... So I found this one on the nation, yes I know, that made me feel dirty too. Pic:
Of course that stock reg has to go!
I plan on puting one of the Deadly Wind Negative Ion bodies on top of it.
I think the combo will look sweet, and I know it's an Ion but it's not really that bad for what you get IMHO. What Im actually going to do is pick up one of the DW complete Negative Ions and swap out the parts I want, body, barrel, trigger, drop/asa, and put the strange body on top of the lowers and sell it off. I found this to be cheaper in the long run than just picking up the parts on their own. So if you are in the market for a brand new set of Ion lowers with a Strange body, freak back/front and a few inserts, you know where I am.
