Rolex 24 Hrs of Daytona
Hey everybody, i was just wondering if anybody from the AO group is going to be going to the Rolex 24 Hrs. of Daytona race on the weekend of February 1, 2, and 3rd. If you have the chance to go, you definately should, for 24 solid hours some of the fastest cars in world race each other, and you can be in the middle of it, if you sleep inside the field, which they let you do. It's totally awesome. Just let me know if you're going, and we can meet up or something. Later.

Yeah, he did. I was lucky enough to see him race his first endurance race like that in the C5-R Corvette. But this isn't NASCAR i'm talking about.

Dale dying at Daytona (not just Daytona - but the DAYTONA 500) was the best way a racer could go..
Yes it's sad, we lost a great and charismatic driver, but a lot of good old boys gained a fishing buddy...
As for the Rolex 24 hours of Daytona - I hope Speedvision will carry all 24 hours again
