I have an Intelliframe and i'm wondering how I would go about removing my trigger for powdercoating purposes.

Take a drift pin and knock out the trigger pin from the safety side of the frame. One side of the pin is knurled.

As BlackVCG stated if you were holding the triggerframe like you'd shoot it.. tap pin from the right side to the left side. if you tap it more than 3/16" and don't see either knurling or like mine was smashed on two sides to make it look like this =O= . Then you may want to tap other direction. :) Hope this helps.

How would I put it back in then? And what would I "tap" the drift pin with? A hammer?

I'm in the same boat, I'm having problems getting the trigger pin back in. Anyone got any hints?

no really, if your having trouble getting the pin back in tightly, put a little bit of loctite on the side that goes in last. It might work, im not sure but use a lower strength one just incase
