Okay, I am relatively new with mags, but how does the retro valve turn the mag into an rt gun when the trigger is pushed back by the bolt? Wouldn't that mean that the bolt would have to be pulled back to get an RT effect? And what does the retro valve do that makes it better than, say, a normal valve? Speaking of which, what is the recharge rate of a normal valve? Thanks, IB.

I think the regular AIR valve is capable of 15 rps without shootdown and the RT is capable of 28+ bps without shootdown. The retro-valve is an RT valve replacement for non RT guns i.e. automag classic/68, minimag, micromag etc. It works just like the original RT valve by the air pressure pushing the trigger back out at 2x the force needed to pull the trigger in. It's worth the money, if you like chompin on the trigger throwing lotsa paint. It also helps with the short-stroking problem people have since it pushes the trigger out completely to fully re-charge gun.
