LOL dont try 30 BPS without a straight shot from the scuba.

My airsystem definately can't keep up. The nitro duck SS4500s are supposed to be up there, it has been humbled as soon as the trigger was depressed the tank instantly dropped from 900 psi to 600 psi. At that point it was no longer able to feed the valve.

30 bps will have to wait until tomorrow where we can get a straight shot from the scuba.

hey butters, can you hook the scuba line up to the tank, and then the tank to the gun???? would that work? like use the tank reg to regulate the 300 psi to a safe level?

the tank reg cant keep up. It as soon as i pull the trigger the gun starts firing 30 bps then the tank drops to 600 psi from 900 psi and the gun stops firing because the input is insufficent to support the ROF.

thats a good point... i suggest you start at 26 bps and work you way up. this way you can work out any problems.

the gun will cycle 30 CPS as long as the input stays above around 800 psi.

The tank was set at 900 which was the max. It started firing 30 bps for about 6 shots until the tank dropped to 600psi from 900psi and was inssufficent to support the ROF.

If we can keep the pressure above 800-900 at all times 30 CPS is no problem.

The problem is that no regulator other than the RT reg can flow that much air so we are gonna have to straight shot it from a half empty scuba tank so there is less flow restriction.
