I am curious how far your tank cover goes up on your tank. I recently bought an 88ci tank and the 88ci Dye tank cover; the cover doesnt seem to go all the way to the reg like I thought it would, is it supposed to? Please respond.

Mine goes where it is suppose to. But I don't have an 88ci tank. I have not heard any real problems so far (that I recall).

My cover goes right up to wear the tank starts to get smaller as it nears the regulator, it covers most of the tank, and doesnt appear to be slipping. If I cant get it up to the reg through stretching it, I'll add something to make it a little longer, just so that area isnt left in the open. I just got one today and have the same problem!!!!
I have a rase tank cover that is about the same size but fits all the way because it has a little extra flap and 2 velcro straps.
My Dye 68 fits perfect.
I think it is time to write DYE.

Mine doesnt fit totally up to the reg on an 88. I think they use the same size for the 68 and 88.

I have a DYE 88 cover...fits like a glove. I take it you have the "long" version of 88's, right? I think the DYE 88ci tank covers are made for the "fat" or wide 88ci tanks instead of the long ones.
