that is awsome, the only surprises i have gotten from pbgear.com are bad ones, like extra parts and the wrong upgrades plus extra charges. They even tried to charge me for shipping the wrong stuff to them, then the new things back to me and a restocking fee. once i ordered a m98 bolt(back in the day) and they said it was backordered... yet the next day i rieceived one.. and the day after that... and the day after that.. yet i was only charged for one. and on every receipt there is a stamp that says: carefully checked and packed by *insert name here* in this case it was anthony dComment

I hope something like that happens to me. Sounds like what happened to my friend's brother's friend (the degrees of seperation sound sketchy, but I do know him). Although it took them awhile they were good about all the calls and info. And had some of the cheapest prices around. I tried someone else who was way cheaper and they ended up charing $5,000 to my card and I had to cancel it.

usually I've had real good luck with them, unless something's been out of stock. of course I always go pick up my orders on the way home from work, so usually I can check that they've got the right stuff in there..
Plus they just moved to a bigger office space not too long ago, maybe they're still feeling the effects of it? I'd say consider yourself lucky, just hope that none of them read these forums
