Level 10 is Losing Bolt Pressure?

I am seeing my level 10 lose pressure behind the bolt, so that I have to pull my trigger repeatedly to get the bolt/sear to engage and fire. I do oil my valve before I play and I do clean it often but what would be causing this leak? It's a barely audible hiss and if I leave my gun alone for a matter of five to ten minutes the bolt pressure has dropped so much that I need to degass and regass the marker to get it to fire again. I have replaced my entire on/off to see if that was the culprit but it doesn't appear so.
I replaced my level 10 shims as they were bent but it still leaks, I am about to replace my PT Tip oring and the carrier o-rings as well.

Throw out some ideas.

Shims shouldn't have anything to do with it. All they do is change the point where the gun vents the air as it fires.

Try using a new oring in your carrier, see if that's an issue.

O Rings

TRY reinstalling your old bolt see if the gun works...that will tell you if you have a problem in the gun.(without the lvl 10)

if every thing is good replace the orings for the lvl 10
maybe try changing carier size

sounds stupid...but ive found 9 times out of 10 O Rings are usaly the problem.

Too many shims CAN cause a leak. Take out ALL of the shims and insure that it does not leak. If it does, then it's probably an oring somewhere. Remember, the carriers also have a black oring around the outside.

I have tried both. Still it leaks. I think I might have a black carrier o-ring tear...not too sure but that's the last o-ring I haven't swapped yet.
