Yes! PCI2000!! it was you wasn't it. Thanks.

Yes, it does have the handle and because of the weight it's nice to have. But you will also notice it is a good bit deeper than the 1600. So for $20 you get the handle and about 3 more inches deeper. The 1620 might not be a bad choice either.

My Warp just got to AGD yesterday I think. So maybe pictures next week sometime?

Added on edit: For got to mention if you order from this place...Great service. I ordered online. They confirmed my order and told me it was shipping out the next day...within an hour! I even asked a questiona dn got response within a few minutes. And I chose the least expensive UPS ground and it was here in like three days. The 1610 was in stock the 1620 was not but may be by now.

Ya Steve! Good for dem cameras too! http://www.automags.org/ubb/smile.gif We used em a lot for Electrical Instruments like GM/Survey Meters (Gieger counters if you will)in Radiation Protection / Health Physics programs.

Anybody find any better prices post em up for us. This was the best I could find. And the service was real good.

Good! Good! GOOD! DryIce nice work.

Now make sure you get the one with Pluck and pull foam pack too. I noticed one of them you had to specify and pay extra. In fact the cheapest place you found Ice seems to clearly show it has it and the others are not so sure. Mine came with the foam packs so keep that in mind. Also compare the shipping cost. But there's a great start. Lots of stores to chose from. Keep em coming. Also list if you have done business with them and how it went if you can.

Pelican makes the best cases around, in my opinion. I have one for my camcorder and I couldn't have made a better choice. I'd love to get one for my E-mag, but I just don't have the cash right now... If anyone has a big Pelican case that cosmetically looks about as ugly/beaten as they get and wants to get rid of it, drop me an e-mail.

I wonder if there are any stores that sell these?
Possibly a travel store or something of the sort?
Anyone have any feedback on this?

Since when are they not guaranteed against shark bites? I know a guy who has a great white beat the hell out of one and the case survived just fine.

I just got one of these Pelican #1610 cases for my Mag with Warp on it. Other members here on AO steered me towards the Pelican products. I've used them in the past for instruments so I knew they were good. So I started looking in this direction. Finally decided on the #1610. I just got it and I can say that everything on my Mag with Warp, even with he tank left assembled and at its offset angle, fits in this thing. No problem. Room to spare. I could have left my stuff all assembled but for other reasons I chose to take the tank off and fit it into it's own hole (lots of pick and pull foam comes in it). Even was able to pullout a slot for barrels. It's sort of like a pull along suit case if you want it to work that way. Or just a case if not. And, of course, very tough and water tight. Lots of room.

For $169.95 and $5 shipping UPS Ground it seemed reasonable to me. You'll see the dimensions on the site that I bought mine from. The Model # 1610 is near the bottom of the page. Lets see if we can find some even better prices. But at first glance it looks like just the thing for me.

Anyway thought you might like a report on this if you were in similar situation and looking for a case. As soon as my Warp gets back from AGD I will take a picture of it all in there.

Here is where mine came from:

Thanks alot for posting that.

I've had to stop using my cool metal photographic case since I fitted my warp to my angel.

These cases look like they'll easily hold the angel, warp AND tank! Great stuff! I'll hopefully be ordering one soon.

See Phil? I told you they are awesome and should fit everything!
I have the 1600 though. I know that the 1610 is bigger and has a pull-out handle.
Can't wait to see the pictures...

Well I did some more lookign around. E-bay is about the same as getting them from an online store. Second I just ordered mine (thanks cpillip for the post) and the nice thing is the place is here in IL so the UPS ground will be quick. I ordered the 1620 which is a bit deeper, but was 175. I think its worth the money for protecting over $2000 in paintball equipment.

Here's a post to revive a long dormant thread. :)

I just got a case that'll fit my Minimag/Warp/Revvy combo for much less than the Pelican case. Sure, it's got a plastic case rather than metal, but it's not $150+ either.

A pic of it is below.

For those Chicago area AOers who may be interested, I bought it at Galyan's at Woodfield Mall in Schaumburg for $76 (including tax).

One warning for those who might buy this is that you'll have to do the 'hole mod' to your warp bracket underneath your trigger frame. This'll bring your warp into a more parallel position to your Mag, narrowing the width of it a bit. It'll still fit (I think) if you don't do that hole mod, but it'd be a -tight- fit. With the hole mod, it fits in there comfortably.

Also, if you want to keep your Revvy attached to your warp and have the whole gun/warp/revvy combo fit in the case, you'll have to make holes in your Revvy for the warp hose (at least if you have a warp body on your mag).

There's some additional info on the case at: http://www.gunguard.net/all_weather.html It's the 'extra large pistols/accessory case' in the middle.
