Level 10 bolt stick in emag..

the bolt sticks on the body on the inside (the little ring that the spring hits I think). I can't really see in there. I used a round file like some people had suggested to "widen" that ring, but it's still sticking any ideas how much I need to file off or is it something I have to do to the bolt?

I believe you may need a shim or two!! How many shims do you have in there??

well this isn't the bolt sticking like lvl 10 isn't working..it's the bolt sticking when I try and put the regulator assembly back in. It won't go in all the way.

I was told this isn't uncommon on older body mags as there may be slight descrepencies (sp?) in the body/bolt that causes it not to be able to go in all the way. I was told to take a round file and try filing down the ring inside teh body to make room for the bolt, however I'm not sure if I have to go further or what. Perhaps I should just send it to AGD

Shims do nothing but control the vent point of the stroke.

Mine did the exact same thing. Just keep at it with the file. Being careful not to take off too much metal or to file too long in one spot!
