I have a few questions about AGD's Sydearm,like,are they available to the public?And,if so,how much do they cost?

No they are not available to the public now. The only way you are going to get one now is either on ebay or possibly on the classifieds of this webpage or maybe another forums classifieds ( pbnation.com , paintballcity.com )

They are'nt available to the public but you can occasionaly find one used on e-bay. Be prepared to pay out for it because they are rare.
