AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
Boasting 5 Dynamic PAINTBALL- LASERTAG- AIRSOFT- Zones, 14 obstacle assault course, Gladiator Combat, Foosball, Tug of War and many more activities
I have never played there, but it looks pretty sweet. I was going to try to play there the last time I was back in Ireland, but I didnt have the time. Im not quite sure if you can bring your own gun in Ireland though. You will have to contact the field owner and ask. I have read before that it is illegal to own a paintball gun in Ireland, but the field can own them. The owner's e-mail address is on the website.

I'm pretty sure the UK banned firearms in Ireland and that's why there's a bunch of pissed off Irish people.
I'm from Belfast, Northern Ireland and now live in the US. Southern Ireland where you are going / have gone is not affected by British law.. it is "The Republic of Ireland". There are still strict regulations regarding everything that can be classified as a weapon though, and driving across the border to Northern Ireland with something that is legal in the south can still result in arrest.
I think in Northern Ireland Paintball is not legal at all.. Neither are Airsoft 6mm bb guns and fireworks. In the South I think that there is a Paintball industry, but only "approved" markers are permitted to be sold, and the only one I know of is the 98.
I STRONGLY recommend anyone going to Ireland not to take anything which even resembles a firearm. The north is worse than the south, but you can still get in difficulties.
For example the possession of any replica firearm ( which includes plastic 6mm Airsoft guns ) in a Northern Ireland airport will instantly result in arrest.
When you get ta th' Shannon Airfield lad, go ta the pub on th' north (or perhaps its to the east, eh) side and give an 'ello ta Collin at th' bar, now would'ja? Ahhhh, now there's a good lad!
Sorry for the slow reply. Just back from the Campaign Cup in Croydon (near London)
I'm going to Ireland next week and asked about taking some kit in. Here's the reply
"With regard to your email enquiry regarding bringing a CO2 powered paintball
marker into Ireland for vacation. In Ireland CO2 powered paintball markers are
classified as a firearm and can not be held without a Firearm Certificate. At
present it is current policy only to permit the usage of these items for members
of paintball clubs on designated paintball lands. Private ownership of CO2
powered paintball markers is not currently licensed by the Garda Siochana in
Ireland. Accordingly the importation of this firearm would not be authorised in
this instance.
If you have any further enquiries do not hesitate to contact me again.
