Can anyone out there make colored plastic triggers? LIke the system x?

Just wonderin if there is anyone out there that can make colored plastic triggers, similar to the system x reaper triggers? I've got a couple intimidators and friends who want the same triggers as well. Noone seems to make them because they think they feel cheap, but i'm looking for a translucent smoke colored trigger (i'll supply the trigger i want it to be identical to) and i've got 2 others sold (in case anyone needs a few preorders before starting to make them for me).

    Anyone?

    lexan

Grab yourself some lexan, then trace out the trigger you like, then you'll have to drill holes along the outside edge of the tracing.

Then you can use wire cutters to snap the area between the holes until the trigger comes out.

Then using a sanding drum on a dremel, or a hand file, or sandpaper, trim off the flash left from the drilling process.

Then viola, new trigger. RIT dye it as needed.

The holes have to be drilled almost touching.

        hmm

Maybe a local machine or race shop would have it.

That trick was an old machinist's trick that was listed in a book called "Gunsmithing Kinks".

It had countless tricks to help a gunsmith produce a part or fix a flaw. I'd love to do an airsmithing version.
