I am buying a Mag in a week, what problems should I expect to come?

I am buying a stock Minimag with a 2 finger trigger, ANS Sight Rail, 14" All American, 16" Custom Products, and stock barrels, and comes with 20 oz co2 tank. What problems should I expect to come? I know all about co2 and Mags. But what about common problems? And which is the best way to run it off co2. I can't get my nitro tank yet because I won't have enough cash yet. Let me know please.

You sound like a real optomistic buyer. You probably shouldn't be expecting any problems.

Well first problem you ll get is that shooting that marker is too much fun and you`ll get hooked right away, i am starting a foudation for Automags Addicted Paintballers. Than, you`ll have to face that hard situation, a lot of people will want to try your marker, you may have to hide in dark corner to be able to use it. And last thing of all, this gun is built tough, you may have it for a very long time, and that will increase your addiction to it.
Sorry for you body, if anything goes wrong, call my foundation.

Well, the only issue you'll have to deal with is Co2.
If you run it in the stock verticle position, you won't have a problem.
If you run it remote, you won't have a problem.
If you don't let liquid Co2 in the Mag, you won't have a problem.

            Notice a trend?

except all the problems from the CO2 your gonna use:

              -bolt stick
              -leaking down the barrel
              -trigger sticking
              -valve freeze

Yeah well I know Mags because alot of people around here have them so I kinda watch and learn. Also, my best friend has one so that helps alot. I will just memorize the tech video . Then that should help when a prob comes up at the field. Hey cpphillip, sorry I must have been browsing the for sale forum and had to ask but forgot to switch forums.

                    hey mike,

like the guys said, not too many problems...i would however, recommend that you buy a parts kit. it has all of the o-rings, a bolt spring, and a coupla nubbins in there...they run about $12 to $16 depending on where you buy them.

Yeah I am planning on picking up a parts kit right away. That would suck to be in the middle of a game and freeze up an oring.

1st off buy a strait shot and battle swab, you'll need'em

gun oil- gold cup works best

                        spray bottle

and a cheap preset screw in air tank.

I think the dudes comment about co2 possibly hurting your mag is incorrect. Mags were invented before HPA was even in use therefore they could only run on co2. Also what's the worst thing that co2 could do to your gun? maybe screw up an oring. I've run nothing but co2 in my mag and the worst thing that has ever happend is a freeze up.
