can i use a rail from astock mag if i swap to a ule body intrlli frame,also is there an upgraded rail that would work with these parts?thnx for your help :)

Welcome to AO:) Yes, you should be able to use the same rail, as long as you are not swapping parts w/ an RT or RT Pro, which use different rails.
Edit: There are upgrade rails, but only aftermarket for the Automag. The current most sought-after rail right now is the Omega rail. See the blue one on my mag in my sig image.
