Pev's Fall Big Game in VA

That would be correct. Its more of just a big game with a general idea behind it than a real Scenario game. Just have fun shooting a lot of people and dressing up funny :)

:) My dad plays. He's put just about as much $ into his gun than mine.

I dunno if I can make it, I have a scenario game @ Skyline the weekend before.

Actually the Skyline scenario "Strangers Among Us" is the weekend after Spplat Attack. There is actually a two weekend break between Skyline and Pevs. It is however the same weekend as Castle Conquest so that can be a dilemma for some. I went to Pev's 'spring scenario game' if you want to call it that. There was an inch of snow all over the open parts of the field and the temperature kept dropping through out the day. I left around noon because I couldn't feel my toes after awhile. The entrance to the parking area was mudded over so only 4X4s could get in and everyone else had to be shuttled. That meant that what little cover they did have was well over packed. Basically it was probably the most miserable scenario game I've ever played in. Now all I have heard from that point on is how they are going to improve. Well, we will see. This game is a great time to shoot off all that left over paint from Skyline and Spplat Attack. I really do hope this one is much better. Even though I don't see Black Cat or MXS going to Pevs since they already have fields they go to in VA, MPP could and another scenario producer running games in the area wouldn't be bad at all.

I'm from Va as well (I go to college in Prescott, AZ, though), and I'm trying to get my dad into paintball. I got him a nice VM68 Magnum for Father's Day this year. But we got such nasty weather this summer that he and I never played. I'll DEFINATELY take him pballing (hopefully to a scenario as well) this coming summer :).

IMO, getting your father into the game or have him be as active into it as you is an awesome thing. I just hope that whenever I have kids and they're old enough, that they'll want to play pball with "good 'ole dad" :)
