Some kind of EMAG lower

I bought this a long time ago for a project and the project never got finished. I’m not sure what the board is or the clear battery pack middle. The green light on the board illuminates with a charged battery. Can someone help identify what these are?

The clear battery pack was made by frymark designs, I believe the board is a morlock.

I agree with what cougar said.

Looks like a Morlock to me too...Let me know if you need the manual. These can be a bit tricky to program if you dont know what registries are.
