ACE board question

Like some others, I have an Xmag with a non-working ACE board that only functions as an on/off for the electronics. However, I came to have another board that wasn't installed. I figured it would be an easy swap, but there seem to be some differences between it and the one that is installed and the one that is working in my other Xmag. The two boards that are installed have three wires coming out plus the ground while the new one has two wires plus the ground. Did the design change or do I need a wire soldered on in addition to what I already have?
