I have two 12 month Xbox live cards that I'm trying to either get cash for or turn them into ps+ 12 month cards instead. My boys got five of them for christmas and with there Xbox one that I got them I can only stack three years on system. I decided after to get them the ps4 as well so I figured if i could get them ps+ for these cards that would be great. They retail for 59.99 but I will take 49.99 each as that's all ps+ cost per year.
