yes that is the gun.
Made by Montneel. These are worth something between $80 and up until $200 if it's a splashed one. I've seen several being sold on MCB for $120 or so in good working order. Show some pics of what you've got and I can try helping you fine tuning that value.
By the way, there are some clones (called Checkmate) of these guns as well that are worth less, around $40 to $60.
