Comes with screws, 6-32 (Benchmark) or 8-32 (Intelli)
These are ULE milled and very light, panels without engraving weigh 1.1775 oz. per set.
These are not flat faced panels.
They were designed specifically for the Intelli frame, but fit the AGD Y-frame and PTP Benchmark frames. (That’s all I tried them on)

Just got my emag panels... And they look great!

After seeing this it looks like Ill be buying a set for my mech mag too.

Would these fit a Z-grip...?

The Z was designed to use 45's so I would say yes, but I have not tried them.
